Jenna joined IPI in April 2007 as a Program Officer working on statebuilding and peacebuilding. Her research interests include state fragility, post-conflict reconstruction, and the challenges of international assistance in these contexts.

Prior to IPI, Jenna spent two years with UNDP in Kosovo working on local governance and inter-agency coordination as the Special Assistant to the Resident Coordinator. She has also consulted for the UN Development Group Office in their Crisis and Post-Conflict Cluster as well as for UNICEF. She was involved in a review of peacebuilding capacity across the UN system conducted jointly by IPI and the Executive Office of the Secretary-General.

Jenna holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University with a concentration in international security policy and a BA in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Toronto.
